Registration and Payment for Workshop
You can register and secure your place in the workshops in our Boutique, by clicking on Workshop under Categories and by placing the requested workshop into your cart and proceed to the check-out.
Alternatively you can always Contact Us by e-mail to find out more about the workshops.
Deadline for registrations: will vary according to workshop. Please see individual workshops for the deadline specific to that workshop.
Enrollment to Workshop:
Places in workshops will be allocated by receiving the full amount of course fee and on first come, first served basis.
If the class has to be canceled because of insufficient number of participants, you will be notified via the e-mail address provided by you in the registration form and the paid amount will be refunded to the bank account given by you.
Upon receipt of your registration and payment, your participation will be confirmed and a list of required fabrics and tools will be sent to you by e-mail.
Cancellation must be made 4 weeks before the workshop starts. In order to receive any refund, cancellation must be submitted by e-mail to email@example.com minimum four weeks before the class starts. Please state your name and the class's name in your e-mail. Refunds will be made by bank transfer only. Therefore, please include your account number in your cancellation request. Refunds will vary according to the nature of the workshop. Every refund will be subject to 10 Euro administrative costs.
No refunds after cancellation deadline.
You can register for the Budapest retreat in our Boutique by clicking on Retreat under Categories and by placing the Deposit of the retreat into your cart and proceed to the check-out. This deposit is non-refundable except in the case of cancellation of the retreat due to lack of minimum number of participants.

Once we confirm that we have the minimum number of participants and the retreat will be organized, you will be notified by e-mail and we ask you to pay the full amount to our bank account or buy the full package in our Boutique.
The maximum number of the group is 15 participants. The places will be allocated by receipt of the full amount of the retreat and on first-come, first-served basis.
Please do not book your travel arrangements until your place has been confirmed.
Upon receipt of your registration and the payment of deposit we will confirm your place in the group. Please at this stage do not book your travel arrangements. When we have the minimum number of participants we will notify you and ask you to pay the full amount of the retreat.
Upon receipt of the full amount of the retreat, we will confirm your place in the group. You can book your travel arrangements.
Please do not forget to arrange your own Travel/Health and Cancellation Insurance.
Cancellation of Retreat:
If we don't have the minimum number of participants by 15th September and the retreat will be canceled, your deposit minus 10 Euro administration cost will be refunded.
Refund of your deposit due to lack of participants will be made by bank transfer only.
Once you have paid your full amount, no refund will be given, but you may transfer your place to another person.
Should the course be canceled due to circumstances beyond our control we are unable to refund the cost of your travel.
North Sea Quilters is committed to your satisfactions. However if you are unhappy with your purchase or you find the product incorrect or defective, you can return any item to us, provided that you return them in the same state, as you received from us (e.g. not washed, used, etc.)
Please check your order upon receipt as returns must be received within 30 days of the shipping date of your order.
Patterns are not refundable due to copyright issues.
We will issue a full refund except the postage and packaging charges. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items.
The shipping cost of the ordered products include the postage, handling and packaging cost. The ordered products will be sent by the Dutch Mailing Company, TNT Post.
